Iranian swordsman, Mohammad Javad Bagheri stuns people with his breathtaking blindfold performances in Mashhad. Bagheri amazes with fascinating skills in the art of the sword, chopping cucumbers on his assistant’s throat with closed eyes, as seen in footage from Saturday. «I have been working with the sword for around 20, 22 years. I practised a lot for the first year or two. I practised Zen. Then my sword came, and I worked with the sword, I started, thanks to God, after a while, the many practices and performances I had strengthened my work», said Bagheri. Bagheri noted that he reflected his competence in martial arts to every part of his daily life. «With a lot of practice, I record these images in my mind before I close my eyes.
