Residents in the southern Italian city of Naples were mourning the death of Argentinian football legend Diego Armando Maradona who passed away after a heart attack on Wednesday. Maradona was honoured as a symbol of the local football club for decades since he had helped the city secure its first Serie A league title in 1987. In a statement, the club has described Maradona’s death as a ‘devastating blow’.
